Build Networks
Quarterly meetings to discuss any issues that may be affecting our schools and a phone call away from contacts you have made through NYSBSA.
Stay Informed
The NYSBSA keeps a finger on the pulse of The State Education Department Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS). We strive to help members understand current regulations and educational law while giving insight on upcoming changes and how these changes will affect members.
Educate Your Educators
In our mission to encourage high educational standards for all proprietary beauty schools in New York we sponsor professional development programs for beauty school educators presented by nationally recognized instructors. NYSBSA members receive reduced costs for these teacher training seminars. For more information go to the teacher training section of the website.
Make Your Voice Heard
Being a member of NYSBSA means you have access to a network of involved school owners who participate in key issues facing our schools. Your network of NYSBSA members listen and collectively, with a much stronger voice, support each other. Become a part of NYSBSA and make your voice heard.
